Pensacola Beach Trip--April 2012
In late April 2012, we plan to cruise over to the Florida Panhandle and base out of Panama City Beach. We'll most likely take the Intracoastal Waterway route, with a few days in New Orleans as part of the trip.
We hope to be in Florida for a couple of months, returning to Texas in time for 'Hurricane Season."

Isla Mujeres Trip --April 2013 "Return to Isla!"
In April 2013 we plan to take Pine Knot back to one of our favorite cruising spots, Isla Mujeres, Mexico. We were there in 2008, so it's about time to go back.

Exumas, Bahamas Trip--March 2014

For our voyage to the Exumas, we will most likely depart from Miami, head to Bimini or Cat Cay, across the Great Bahama Bank to the Berry Islands and Chub Cay, Nassau on New Providence, and down the Exuma Cays to George Town. I want to go after most of the cold fronts have quit roaring through and the George Town Cruising Regatta is done.

Great Loop Trip--2015-2016

We are planning to do the Great Loop Trip in 2013-2014. This will be a trip of about 6,000 miles for Pine Knot and will take 1 year.
A rough outline:
- Head for Florida at end of November. Winter in the Keys or Bahamas.
- Leave Florida heading North in March or April.
- Cruise the Chesapeake Bay area during May.
- Arrive in the New York area in June.
- Be in Chicago by early September.
- Close the Loop in Mobile Bay at the end of October.
