Ahoy! We are Kelton and Louisia Ogletree, the proud crew of the Kadey-Krogen 44 Trawler, Pine Knot. I serve as Captain. Our home is in Livingston, Texas. Pine Knot's home is Slip 18, Pier 2, Blue Dolphin Yachting Center in Seabrook, Texas.
I have over 30 years of boating experience, but Pine Knot is my first trawler. Pine Knot is Louisia's first boat. Though lacking experience, her enthusiasm for boating has made her a quick learner, evident by her immediate claim to the rank "Admiral!"
I will be doing most of the writing for Pine Knot's Weblog and Louisia will be doing the photography. We hope you will enjoy following The Adventures of Pine Knot.
